This page contains a variety of reading incentive and sticker charts that record the number of books that your students have read, or the different genres of literature that your students have read.
My sticker charts are unique because they are all in the shapes of different themed templates. None of my sticker charts are rectangular or square in shape. I have designed my incentive and sticker charts to have small boxes that fit the small reward stickers that most teachers use, or you can simply write a check mark in each box.
Below you will see examples of some of the unique shapes of my incentive and sticker charts. These animal and themed shaped sticker chart templates make colorful and dynamic classroom bulletin board displays!

I have designed this sticker set so that it could be displayed as a football field bulletin board display. The majority of my incentive and sticker charts include a matching student award certificate that you can present to your students when they have completed their sticker chart goal. Below is an example of the student award certificate that is included in my Puppy Reading Sticker Chart Set.

Sports Themed Sticker Chart Sets Create a Football or Soccer Field Bulletin Board Display!
You can use these sports incentive and sticker charts for a variety of different purposes: homework, behavior, class work, good citizenship, math, spelling, or reading.
I have designed these two sticker chart sets so that they could be displayed as a football or soccer field bulletin board display.
To achieve this effect, you need a green background (for the field) for your bulletin board, and then you need to section it off with 15 black yard lines. Both of these sets include directions and an example of a field for you to use as a model for your football or soccer field sticker chart bulletin board display. These sets both include a set of 15 number flags and cones, as well as smaller balls, that you can use as accent pieces to help create a sports field bulletin board.
By using this idea, each time students receive another sticker on their sticker chart, they would move their ball one line closer towards the goal.

Genre Pizza Reading Incentive Chart
Add PIZZAZ to your reading program with this unique way of encouraging your students to read a wide variety of different genres of literature!
This sticker chart set includes a matching student award certificate.
Below are examples of my Reading Genre Pizza. It is divided into eight genre slices: fantasy, adventure, science fiction, realistic fiction, mystery, non-fiction, biography, and a free choice selection.
Above: Plain Genre Pizza
Give each of your students a plain genre pizza to write their names on. Display all of your students' pizzas on your bulletin board, along with the matching banner.
Above: Ingredient Genre Pizza
Give each of your students an ingredient genre pizza and an envelope. Students should cut this pizza into eight slices along the lines and put their slices inside their envelopes. After a student has read a particular genre, he should select that slice of pizza from his envelope, write the title of the book on the line, and then glue that slice of pizza onto his plain genre pizza that is on the bulletin board.
